Equipped with three U-shaped stainless steel burners delivering a total of 27,000 BTUs, it provides even and consistent heat across the entire cooking surface thanks to its cast-iron base plate. Whether you use natural gas or propane, The Big Texan is built to perform reliably with safety features including three thermocouple safety valves and a battery-operated ignition system. Cleaning is simple with a removable grease tray, making it ideal for both home and commercial use.
