The Pro Series 75 features two U-shaped stainless steel burners producing a total of 18,000 BTUs, making it suitable for preparing a variety of foods on its spacious 29-inch by 16-inch cooking surface. New additions include a Texas Sea Glass Matte cooking surface finish, multicolor backlit control knobs, push-and-spark ignition, integrated halogen lighting, and a hidden grease management system with a removable dishwasher-safe tray for simplified cleaning.
Built with a 304 stainless steel housing and equipped with safety valves featuring thermocouples, this griddle is designed with both durability and operational safety in mind. The unit is available for natural gas or propane installation and includes opposite gas orifices for gas conversion.
