Featuring a 6mm triple-plated cooking plate and a 304 stainless steel housing, this griddle is built to provide consistent heat distribution across the cooking surface. The aluminum base plate beneath the stainless steel cooking surface helps promote even heating, which can support more uniform cooking results.
This model includes three U-shaped stainless steel burners that deliver a combined 27,000 BTUs of cooking power, along with integrated safety valves and thermocouples that automatically shut off the gas supply if a flame is accidentally extinguished. User-focused updates include multicolor backlit control knobs, push-and-spark ignition, a hidden grease tray with a fold-down access door, and a removable dishwasher-safe grease tray for simplified cleanup. Additional enhancements such as halogen lighting, LED logo projection, and a Texas Sea Glass Matte cooking surface finish contribute to the updated design. The Pro Series 105 is compatible with either natural gas or propane gas and is ETL, ANSI, and CSA certified.
